Access the BetterMerge Web Dashboard
Introduction
Section titled “Introduction”The BetterMerge web dashboard is your central hub for creating campaigns, managing templates, tracking performance, and configuring account settings. Accessible from any browser, it provides a streamlined interface for all your email campaign needs.
This guide shows you how to log in and get started with the dashboard.
Step 1: Open the BetterMerge Web App
Section titled “Step 1: Open the BetterMerge Web App”Go to app.bettermerge.com in your preferred web browser.
Step 2: Click on “Sign in with Google” Button
Section titled “Step 2: Click on “Sign in with Google” Button”On the login page, click the Sign in with Google button.

Step 3: Authenticate Your Google Account
Section titled “Step 3: Authenticate Your Google Account”A Google authentication popup will appear.
- Select the Google account associated with your BetterMerge account.
- Review and approve any requested permissions.
- Click Continue to complete the sign-in process.
Step 4: Access the Dashboard
Section titled “Step 4: Access the Dashboard”Once signed in, you’ll be redirected to the BetterMerge web dashboard homepage.

What You Can Do in the Dashboard

Section titled “Campaign Management”- Create new campaigns – Set up mail merge campaigns with full control over recipients, templates, and scheduling
- View active campaigns – Monitor ongoing campaigns and check delivery status
- Review past campaigns – Access historical campaign data and performance metrics
- Duplicate campaigns – Quickly reuse successful campaign setups
Template Library
Section titled “Template Library”- Create templates – Build email templates using the Rich Text or HTML editor
- Manage templates – Edit, duplicate, or delete existing templates
- Preview templates – See how emails will look before sending
- Insert merge tags – Add personalization placeholders
Analytics & Tracking
Section titled “Analytics & Tracking”- Campaign performance – View open rates, click rates, and engagement metrics
- Recipient activity – See who opened, clicked, or unsubscribed
- Link tracking – Monitor which links get the most clicks
- Export data – Download campaign results for analysis
Account Settings
Section titled “Account Settings”- Manage subscription – View plan details and upgrade options
- Email preferences – Configure sender name and reply-to address
- Authentication – Set up custom domains and email authentication
- API access – Generate API keys for integrations (Pro+ plans)
Google Sheets Integration
Section titled “Google Sheets Integration”- Connect sheets – Link Google Sheets as contact sources
- Sync data – Pull recipient data directly from sheets
- Column mapping – Match sheet columns to merge tags
- Real-time updates – Changes in sheets reflect in campaigns
Dashboard vs. Google Sheets Add-on
Section titled “Dashboard vs. Google Sheets Add-on”BetterMerge offers two ways to access the same application with identical features:

Both provide access to all BetterMerge features—campaign creation, template editing, analytics, tracking, and settings. Choose based on where you’re already working and your screen size preference.

Troubleshooting

Section titled “Can’t sign in?”- Ensure you’re using the correct Google account – BetterMerge is linked to specific Gmail/Workspace accounts
- Clear browser cache – Try signing in using an incognito/private window
- Check permissions – You may need to re-authorize BetterMerge’s access to your Google account
Dashboard not loading?
Section titled “Dashboard not loading?”- Check your internet connection
- Try a different browser – Chrome, Firefox, and Edge are fully supported
- Disable browser extensions – Ad blockers can interfere with dashboard loading
