Access the BetterMerge Web Dashboard

Introduction

The BetterMerge web dashboard is your central hub for creating campaigns, managing templates, tracking performance, and configuring account settings. Accessible from any browser, it provides a streamlined interface for all your email campaign needs.

This guide shows you how to log in and get started with the dashboard.

Step 1: Open the BetterMerge Web App

Go to app.bettermerge.com in your preferred web browser.

Step 2: Click on “Sign in with Google” Button

On the login page, click the Sign in with Google button.

Step 3: Authenticate Your Google Account

A Google authentication popup will appear.

• Select the Google account associated with your BetterMerge account.
• Review and approve any requested permissions.
• Click Continue to complete the sign-in process.

Step 4: Access the Dashboard

Once signed in, you’ll be redirected to the BetterMerge web dashboard homepage.

What You Can Do in the Dashboard

The left menu gives you everything in one place:

• Dashboard – Your email activity for the last 7 days, remaining daily quota, and recent campaigns.
• New campaign and Campaigns – Create, schedule, pause, and resume campaigns, duplicate one you have sent before, and open each campaign’s report with delivery and tracking logs. See Create a campaign.
• Templates – Create and edit email templates, with automatic saving, version history, search, and duplicate. See Create a template.
• Contacts – Everyone you have emailed, with their activity and whether they are unsubscribed or bounced. See Manage your contacts.
• Snippets – Reusable content blocks for your templates. See Snippets.
• Settings – Email signatures, senders and Gmail aliases, optional features, a custom tracking domain where your plan includes it, and appearance and notification preferences.
• Usage – How many emails you have sent and how much of your daily quota is left.
• Subscriptions – Your plan, seats, team members, and billing. See Manage your subscription and team.
• Support and Guides – Contact our team or open these docs.

Your contact data stays in Google Sheets. When you create a campaign, you pick the spreadsheet and sheet, and BetterMerge reads the rows at send time.

Dashboard vs. Google Sheets Add-on

The web dashboard and the Google Sheets add-on are the same application on the same account. Campaigns, templates, contacts, and settings are shared between them.

A few actions are only available in the web dashboard:

• Connecting another Google account as a sender.
• Buying a plan. From the add-on, you are sent to the pricing page in your browser.

Tips for Getting Started

✅ Start with a template – Create your first email template before building a campaign

✅ Send a test first – Run a small campaign to yourself or a colleague to check everything works

✅ Turn on tracking – Enable open and click tracking in the campaign editor to measure engagement (included on every plan)

✅ Check your quota – Your remaining daily quota is shown on the dashboard

Troubleshooting

Can’t sign in?

• Ensure you’re using the correct Google account – BetterMerge is linked to specific Gmail/Workspace accounts
• Clear browser cache – Try signing in using an incognito/private window
• Check permissions – You may need to re-authorize BetterMerge’s access to your Google account

Dashboard not loading?

• Check your internet connection
• Try a different browser – Chrome, Firefox, and Edge are fully supported
• Disable browser extensions – Ad blockers can interfere with dashboard loading
