Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Click-Through Rate (CTR) measures the percentage of recipients who click on one or more links contained in an email message. It is a key metric for evaluating the effectiveness of email campaigns.
A high CTR indicates that the content of the email resonates well with the audience and successfully encourages engagement. To calculate CTR, divide the number of unique clicks by the number of delivered emails and multiply by 100 to get a percentage. Monitoring CTR helps marketers understand what works and what doesn’t, allowing them to refine their strategies for better results.
