BetterMerge is a mail merge tool for Gmail & Google Sheets. It lets you send mass personalized emails (i.e. mail merge) to thousands of recipients from your Gmail. You can schedule your mail merge campaigns & track your emails in real-time.

Yes, you can assign (or remove) licenses your teammates. Launch the Mailway Mail Merge add-on in Google Sheets or log in to the Dashboard , then navigate to Subscriptions tab and click on Manage Users button.
