AI Assistant, Contacts, Multiple Senders, and a Refreshed App

This update rounds up everything we have shipped since our last release notes in July 2025. Most of it came from your feedback. New releases now also appear inside the app under What’s New.

🚀 New Features

• Open and click tracking on the Free plan - Every plan, including Free, can now see who opened each email and which links they clicked.
• AI Assistant (beta) - Draft a template from a short brief, or ask the assistant to review a draft for spam risk and rewrite it. Every plan includes monthly AI credits.
• Contacts - A new Contacts page lists everyone you have emailed, with each contact’s campaigns, activity, and whether they are subscribed, unsubscribed, or bounced.
• Multiple senders - Send campaigns from your Gmail aliases or from additional sender accounts. Plus includes 3 senders and Pro includes 5.
• Email signatures - Add your signature to templates so every email looks like one you wrote by hand.
• Template version history - Templates save automatically, and you can open earlier versions from the history menu.
• Merge tag check before launch - BetterMerge checks your merge tags against your sheet before a campaign starts and tells you exactly what is missing.
• Edit scheduled campaigns - Move a scheduled campaign back to draft, change it, and schedule it again.
• Reply-based follow-ups - Segmentation rules can now target people who replied, or who did not, when reply tracking is enabled.
• Usage page - See how much of your daily sending quota you have used across the last 24 hours.

🎯 Improvements

• Refreshed the web app and add-on with clearer layouts for campaigns, templates, and settings.
• Campaign reports now count unique opens and clicks per recipient, so repeat opens no longer inflate your numbers.
• Templates show which campaigns use them, and the template list has search and one-click duplicate.
• Campaigns remember the exact template version they were launched with.
• Subscriptions is now a billing hub: upgrade, change billing, and manage team seats in one place, with prices shown in your currency.
