Can several sales reps use one subscription?
Yes. Paid plans support team seats. The owner adds seats on the Subscriptions page and gives each rep access with their Google email address. Every rep sends from their own Gmail, so prospects hear from a real person and replies go to the right inbox.
Does BetterMerge integrate with my CRM?
BetterMerge works from Google Sheets, and most CRMs can export to CSV or Sheets. Many teams run outreach from a regular export. You can also CC or BCC your CRM's logging address on each email.
Will prospects know it is a mass email?
Not from the mechanics. Each email is sent individually from your Gmail with your signature and personalized for the recipient. Whether it reads as personal depends on your copy, and merge tags for company and context go a long way.
How is this different from a sales engagement platform?
Sales engagement platforms bundle dialers, calendars, and CRM sync, and usually charge per user per month. If what you need is personalized email with tracking, BetterMerge does that for much less. See the pricing page for current plans.
Can I send follow-up emails?
Yes. Send a follow-up campaign to the prospects who opened, clicked, or did not engage. On Plus and Pro, with reply detection set up, you can skip people who replied and keep the follow-up in the same Gmail thread. Fully automated sequences are not available yet.
