    One row per recipient. For personalized attachments, add a column containing the Google Drive link to each recipient's file.

    Write your email in BetterMerge or use a Gmail draft. Personalize the subject and body with merge tags like {{First Name}}.

    Add shared attachments directly to the template, or map your Drive-link column for per-recipient files.

Can I send a different attachment to each recipient?

Yes. Add a column to your Google Sheet with a Google Drive link for each recipient, and BetterMerge attaches that file to their email automatically. This is available on the Plus plan and above.

What file types can I attach?

Anything Gmail accepts — PDFs, images, documents, spreadsheets, and more. Gmail's standard 25 MB total attachment size limit per email applies.

Do attachments hurt deliverability?

Emails with attachments are scrutinized slightly more by spam filters, but because BetterMerge sends each email individually through your own Gmail account, your messages carry your normal sender reputation. Keep files small and relevant for best results.

How many emails with attachments can I send per day?

The same as any campaign: your plan's daily quota, capped by Gmail's own limits — up to 500/day for @gmail.com accounts and up to 2,000/day for Google Workspace accounts.

Is there a free plan?

Yes — the free plan lets you send up to 50 emails per day with basic personalization. File attachments are included from the Lite plan, and personalized per-recipient attachments from the Plus plan.
