Can I send a different attachment to each recipient?
Yes. Add a column to your Google Sheet with a Google Drive link for each recipient, and BetterMerge attaches that file to their email. Personalized attachments are available on the Plus and Pro plans.
How do I share the Drive files?
Set each file, or the folder that contains them, to Anyone with the link, then copy the links into your sheet. The personalized attachments guide walks through it step by step.
How large can attachments be?
Files attached to a template can be up to 2 MB on Lite, 5 MB on Plus, and 10 MB on Pro, with up to 2 files on Lite and 5 on Plus and Pro. Gmail's own 25 MB limit per email also applies.
Do attachments hurt deliverability?
Spam filters look at attachments a little more closely, but because each email is sent individually from your own Gmail account, it carries your normal sender reputation. Keep files small and relevant, and avoid sending attachments to people who do not expect them.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan sends 50 emails a day with personalization and open and click tracking. File attachments start on the Lite plan, and a different file per recipient on the Plus plan.
