Can Gmail schedule a mass email on its own?
Gmail's Schedule send works for one email to the recipients you type in. It cannot personalize each email, send individually to a list, or pace delivery. BetterMerge adds all three.
How many scheduled emails can I send per day?
Your plan's daily quota applies, within Google's limits: up to 500 recipients a day on @gmail.com accounts and up to 2,000 on Google Workspace. On paid plans, larger lists continue automatically on the following days.
Can I edit a scheduled campaign?
Yes. Before sending starts, open the campaign and choose Unschedule and edit. It returns to draft so you can change it and schedule it again. Once sending has started, you can pause, resume, or stop it.
What timezone does scheduling use?
You pick the time in your own timezone. The campaign starts at that moment for all recipients, wherever they are.
Which plans include scheduling?
Scheduling is included from the Lite plan. Delivery automation, which spreads sends over the days and hours you choose, is included from the Plus plan.
