Can Gmail schedule a mass email on its own?
Gmail's built-in scheduling works for a single email to visible recipients (or everyone in BCC). It can't personalize per recipient, send individually to a list, or pace delivery over time. That's what BetterMerge adds.
How many scheduled emails can I send per day?
Your plan's daily quota applies, capped by Gmail's limits: up to 500 recipients/day for @gmail.com and up to 2,000/day for Google Workspace accounts. Larger lists can be split automatically across days.
Can I pause or edit a scheduled campaign?
Yes. Scheduled and in-progress campaigns can be paused, resumed, or stopped at any time from the dashboard or the Sheets add-on.
What timezone does scheduling use?
