AI Assistant

The AI Assistant (beta) lives inside the template editor. It can:

  • Compose: write a new subject line, preview text, or body from a short instruction, or rewrite what you already have.
  • Review: check your draft for spam and deliverability risks and suggest fixes, with an option to apply them automatically.

Your merge tags, such as {{First Name}}, are kept in place, so the result is still personalized for every recipient.

  1. Open a template in the template editor. See Create a template.
  2. Find the AI Assistant panel above the subject line and click Show.
  3. Choose a Mode: Compose or Review.

  1. Select Compose.
  2. Under Fields, choose what the assistant should write or update: Subject, Preview text, and/or Body.
  3. Pick a Tone: Professional, Friendly, Persuasive, Direct, or Custom.
  4. Pick a Quality level. Higher quality gives better writing but uses more credits per request. The higher-quality option is available on the Pro plan.
  5. Type your instruction, for example: “Write a short, friendly follow-up to people who attended our webinar. Include {{First Name}} and a link to the recording.”
  6. Send the request. The assistant writes directly into the selected fields.

Read the result before you use it. AI can make mistakes, so check facts, links, and merge tags. If you do not like the result, edit it by hand or ask again with a clearer instruction.

Review: Check for Spam and Deliverability Risks

Section titled “Review: Check for Spam and Deliverability Risks”
  1. Select Review and run the review on your current draft.
  2. The assistant rates the overall risk (for example Low risk or High risk) and lists findings by severity: Critical, Warning, or Info.
  3. Read each finding and its suggestion.
  4. To fix the issues automatically, click Auto-fix draft. The assistant rewrites the subject and body based on the review.
  5. Run the review again to confirm the fixes.

You can also run the same deliverability review from the campaign editor’s checks before you launch, with Review now.

Changes from the assistant go into the editor like your own edits. For templates with automatic saving, they are saved automatically, and you can always go back to an earlier version from the template’s version history. See Create a template.
